Can I claim from my health fund?
Health Fund Rebate
- An Itemised Tax Invoice is provided so you can obtain a rebate
for your contact lenses from your Australian Health Fund. All prescription
Contact Lenses can be claimed for on your health fund - provided
you have optical cover. Contact Lenses for cosmetic reasons are
NOT usually covered by health funds.
Worldwide
Delivery -Eye Contacts deliver your contact lenses
to your home or office via Australia Express Post. If you are ordering
from outside Australia you may select express post or courier to
receive your contact lenses faster. We have no minimum quantity
order for contact lenses.
Freight
- Freight is charged on all contact lens orders - you may
select your freight option when placing your order. Australia
- Freight is charged per 4 boxes at $10.00
for normal parcel post and $12.00
for express post. New Zealand - Freight is charged
at $30.00.
International (excluding New Zealand ) - Freight
is charged at $0.00
or EMS International Courier is charged at $80.00

When
will I get my order?
Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours with the exception
of some toric and bifocal prescription lenses which we do not keep
in stock as they are custom made. If there is an extended delay
(more than 4 days) you will be advised by email.
Returns
All products are warranted against manufacturing defects. All our products come direct from the manufacturer and NOT from ambiguous sources.
We will allow you to return any product purchased from us within
30 days for exchange or complete refund. However, the lenses you
return must be unopened in their original packaging and in good
condition or a refund will not be given. Postage will NOT be refunded.
Contact Lenses considered defective should be returned as soon
as possible in the original packaging, for inspection and replacement.
A copy of the original invoice must be returned with the goods considered
defective.

How
do I print an invoice from a previous order?
To print an invoice for your order please click on the 'Customer Login' button on the left hand side. Then enter your username and password to login. Once logged in you are presented with your previous orders. You will then find a link with each order to print off the appropriate invoice.

If you have forgotten your password, please click on the 'Customer Login' button on the left hand side. Then click on the 'If you have forgotten your password click here' link, where you can enter your email address and your password will be emailed to you.

I can't find my lenses does it mean you do not stock the product?
No, please send us an email with your requirements. We will be happy to provide a quote for the lenses if available.
How
do I know the brand and measurements of my lenses if I don't have
a paper copy of my prescription from my optometrist?
 Your prescription can be found on your contact lens box or blister packaging.
How
long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 24 business hours. So please allow 1-4 days for delivery within Australia. If stock is unavailable and there is a delay with your order, we will advise you via email. International Orders will take longer 5-15 days. If you require faster International shipping please request International Courier Service.
